ARMY TRAINER
LALALAND PRODUCTION AND DESIGN
This project began as a demonstration of LALALAND’s manufacturing capabilities, showcasing our ability to produce high-level luxury footwear from concept through full-scale production. I led the entire process from design conception through factory execution, overseeing everything from cost sheets and material consumption to development and final assembly. The shoe was designed, developed, and produced entirely in-house, utilizing proprietary materials including our Italian nappa leather.

FINISHES.
For the colors, materials, and finishes, we drew directly from our Southern California roots. Because the shoes were manufactured in Los Angeles, we developed three colorways inspired by distinct local landscapes, Downtown, Mammoth, and Joshua, allowing each execution to reflect a different facet of the region while continuing the narrative of place and process.
